Expulsion, Displacement, Exile: Forced Migration in Latin America and Luso-African CountriesMillions of people all over the world are suffering forced migration due to war, social commotions, natural disasters, as well as huge industrial, agricultural or urban projects. With focus on Latin America and the Portuguese-speaking countries of Africa, this workshop attempts an interdisciplinary approach to the mentioned phenomenon, its causes, its consequences, and the strategies applied to protect the involved populations.
