Programme de bourses "Echanges Universitaires"
„Echange universitaire” between the Centre for Mass Education and Science (CMES) and the Centre of Human Rights Education (ZMRB)
Thanks to the support by the KFPE, the Centre for Mass Education and Science (CMES) and the Centre of Human Rights Education (ZMRB) of the University of Teacher Education Central Switzerland Lucerne implemented an „échange universitaire” in the first half of 2011 to benefit from the educational approach of the other institution. The approach to mass education of the CMES enriched the curriculum of the ZMRB. The CMES started with the support of the ZMRB to integrate and to implement human rights education within the CMES curriculum. The exchange between CMES and ZMRB led to the preparation of a joint research towards the development of a right based education at various levels including that in the grass roots in a developing country.
The „échange universitaire” consisted of two visits. The visits gave the possibility to elaborate together the integration of the approach to mass education in the curriculum of the ZMRB and the integration of human rights education to the CMES curriculum, for lectures and seminars with the students of both institutions and to work together on the preparation of an interaction of the students of both institutions and of a joint research towards the development of a human rights based education at various levels including that in the grass roots.
