How Research Partnerships with Developing Countries Contribute to Swiss Research and the Swiss Economy.
13:15–17:30 at the Swiss National Science Foundation, Bern
The 2012 annual conference of the KFPE focuses on the benefits that research partnerships with developing countries have for Switzerland. A range of case studies from different fields such as information and communication technology, material construction, the health sector, and the water sector will demonstrate how these research collaborations contribute to Swiss research and the Swiss economy by stimulating innovation and/or creating jobs. Two panel discussions will further explore these aspects from different angles.
